Grandville staff didn’t stop learning just because of an unprecedented number of snow days in the district. As part of a district-wide hashtag #BulldogsRead, faculty and staff posted selfies and book covers while away from their buildings.
“I try and emphasize with my students that reading for fun outside of school is just as important as reading at school,” said Becky Dykhuis, West Elementary library supervisor. “Becoming a good reader takes practice, and one of the best ways to practice is at home with books you love.”
