Strings at Stocking strikes a chord

Grand Rapids –  Stocking Elementary students are learning the beauty of string instruments – and that practice and hard work can lead to lovely melodies. The unique opportunity to get a headstart on playing the violin, viola or cello, through the Strings to Schools program at  St. Cecilia Music Center’s School of Music, culminated in a concert, where students demonstrated their skills. St. Cecilia’s  offers diverse opportunities for musicians of all ages and skill levels to learn and grow throughout the years.
