Gerald R. Ford Presidential Museum invites teachers to learn about student programs

Education Everywhere — The Gerald R. Ford Presidential Museum invites educators to a special Teachers Open House from 2 to 4 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 14.

The opportunity will include a guided tour of the museum, at 303 Pearl St. NW, in Grand Rapids, focused on the 50th anniversary of the Ford Presidency.

Teachers will learn about:

  • No cost field trip opportunities and educational programs for all grades
  • Special programs celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Ford Presidency
  • Upcoming conferences and professional education for teachers
