Concert empowers students to move to the music

Education Everywhere — With scarves waving and egg shakers rattling, students with special needs shared their joy in hearing the Grand Rapids Symphony play a concert designed to welcome them.

The Access to Music Concert is a barrier-free event with flexible seating and a music therapist who encourages engagement and interaction.

Our videographer, Brett Atwood, captured the sound and visuals of the musical experience.
